​This early 1900's home was in disrepair. The house was originally built as a single family residence and later converted to a two family residence. Over a four month period we restored this property back to a single family residence that enjoys modern amenities while preserving the historical character.

Originally built in the 1890's, this old farm house had previously been under renovations when the owner abandoned the property. In just over three months we were able to covert this property from an abandoned shell to a modern home that boast an open floor plan with an outdoor space that over looks a quaint creek.
